Baiba Broka is an international legal advisor specializing in blockchain, digital assets, and Web3. She serves as Legal Counsel to ZIGChain and Zignaly, supporting regulatory strategy and global digital asset initiatives.

A former Latvian Minister of Justice, she spent 15 years on the UNIDROIT Governing Council and now serves as a Member Ad Honorem. During her tenure, she contributed to the organization’s work on digital assets and private law.
