S&S Connect, in collaboration with Tapin Events, hosted the Young Entrepreneurs in Dubai: Networking and Mindset Masterclass at Belcanto Restaurant, Dubai Opera.

Set against one of Dubai’s most iconic locations, the evening brought together an ambitious community of founders, entrepreneurs and professionals for meaningful networking, honest conversations and new business connections.

The event featured three guest speakers, each recognised for success in a different field:

Alfonso Santitoro - Founder and CEO of Alsaan Properties and recognised by Entrepreneur Middle East as one of its Top 100 Entrepreneurs of 2024, known for his fresh and forward-thinking approach to the real estate sector.

Eric Akoa - Founder of Eric Fit Academy, fitness entrepreneur and model with an audience of more than 300,000 people, recognised for his inspiring journey of resilience and the personal brand he has built across fitness and fashion.

Ziad Wael - Four-time UAE Men’s National Boxing Champion and professional fighter known as “The Baby Hitman,” celebrated for his mental strength, discipline and explosive performances in the ring.

Throughout the evening, the speakers shared the experiences, setbacks and lessons that shaped their journeys, offering guests a genuine look at the mindset required to remain disciplined, overcome challenges and succeed in competitive industries.
